| Latest News: Black Mamba Racing Attends Pan Americans 2010 (New Jersey) |

For the very first time, Team Black Mamba Racing attended the Pan American Nationals held in
New Jersey, July 16th-18th, 2010 at Atco Raceway.
The event lived up to expectations due to the level of competition that was in attendance and the spectator turnout was very impressive. We met a lot of fellow racing enthusiast and made some new friends along the way.
Friday started off with its share of frustrations and after spending the whole day isolating an electrical problem, we regretfully missed the first round of qualifying. On Saturday, we experienced great racing weather, which produced a hot and slippery track. Although the weather was great, we began the day with some technical issues (the data logger) but with the excellent technical support from a crew member from Reactive Racing, we were able to fix the problem and enjoy the rest of the day.
We made our first run (time run) in the morning and gave the car a shake down and made some adjustments. Unfortunately, on our second pass,we broke a part in the gearbox, which caused us to rebuild the gearbox, reinstalled the engine and tranny, which we completed at 3am the next morning.
We made our first pass at 11:00am and manage to run 9.05 at 154 mph with the tuning assistance by of Alex Lopez (ALS Seals) and chassis tuning by Erik & Georgie (PMS Racecar). We won the first and second round and advanced to the semi-final round but unfortunately, we were unable to make it back to the line due to technical difficulties. 
Despite the difficulties that we faced and not getting down in the times that we were aiming for, we had a great racing weekend and are extremely pleased with the car's performance.
